What do I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

You have the possibility to make a change or return on parts or your entire order within 60 days. In the event of a return, a refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the item unused and in unchanged condition with original packaging and all labels intact. Due to hygienic conditions, returns of underwear and silicone products are not accepted. For the same reason, we can not approve the return or exchange of bikini bottoms and swimsuits where the original hygiene seal has been removed or damaged. Bras can be exchanged.

Exchanges are always free at Timarco. You can also choose to get a gift card on the refund instead of a new item. When you're making a return without an exchange or gift card a return fee of 3,95 GBP will be debited when we receive your return.

To make a return go to our return portal and follow the instructions. When your return is registered you will get a return shipping note that you stick on the package before you drop it off at a post agent. Don't forget to ask for a receipt. If you don't use the pre-paid return shipping note you yourself are liable for the shipping.

My package was damaged on arrival - what do I do?

Timarco is responsible for products that are damaged on arrival or lost. When receiving the goods. It is important to check that the goods have not been damaged by transport. Report transport damage directly to the delivery company and then notify our customer service by email.

How do I report that a product is damaged?

Timarco complies with the Consumer Purchase Act and the recommendations that apply to complaints. Only original defects are covered by the warranty, for example, the warranty does not include faults caused by normal wear and tear. Save the order confirmation as a receipt for your item. To report a product as damaged, contact customer service at support@timarco.co.uk and describe what is wrong with your product. If your product is approved as damaged, we pay for the goods to be delivered back to us.

I have returned an item, what happens now?

A return takes between 7-12 working days to process and we will let you know via email as soon as your return is processed. If you have chosen to pay by card / direct payment, the money will be refunded to the card / account that you used for the purchase. If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, the money will be returned to your PayPal account.

How long do I have to exchange an item or get a refund?

At Timarco you always have 60 days to refund or exchange an item.

Conditions for returns from a country outside the EU

If you order from Timarco and live in a country outside the EU, you the customer are liable for any extra fees that may be added when you return an item to us; for example customs duty or higher than regular domestic return fees. This policy applies to all returns for whatever reason.
