How long do I have to pick up my package if I choose to get it delivered to a collection point?
UPS has a function allowing you to pick up your package from a collection point instead of having it delivered directly to your door. When you get the notification from UPS that your parcel is waiting at the collection point it will inform you how many days you have to collect the package. If you do not pick the package up within the specified time or rearrange delivery, the package will be returned to Timarco and we will have to charge a £15 fee for handling the uncollected shipment.
How long does delivery take?
If the product is in stock, you should receive your delivery within 2 - 4 working days. If the product is an item that needs to be ordered, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. Please contact our customer service if you want to know how long delivery time a particular item has. If anything changes, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your order if we cannot deliver within the specified time.
How will my order be delivered?
If you choose Standard shipping smaller packages can usually be delivered directly to your mailbox, while larger packages are delivered to a pick up point. When your package is available for collection you will be notified.
I'm having trouble placing my order, what am I doing wrong?
Please make sure that all the required information is completed and that you meet the requirements applying to the payment method that you have chosen. If you still have problems please contact our customer service and we will help you.
How do I know that my package is available for delivery and where do I get it?
If you have a traceable parcel and choose to have your parcel delivered to your home address by UPS you will receive a tracking number and delivery options. If you choose to direct your parcel to a pick up point you will be notified when the package has arrived and receive a number which you must quote when you pick up your delivery. You must also bring a valid photo ID.
I haven't got my package, what should I do?
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail and when we send out the goods from the store, you will receive a new e-mail with a tracking link to our partner if the package is able to be traced. If you follow the link, you can see the status of your delivery and see where the shipment is in the process. When your package is available for delivery or collection you will be notified.If your package is not traceable, please contact our customer service for more information.
How do I track my package?
If your package is traceable, you will receive a delivery confirmation with shipping number via e-mail where you can track your package.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over 19.99 GBP are shipped free of charge with standard shipping within the UK. At the moment, we are unable to offer delivery options Standard or UPS Access Point as many delivery points are closed due to the increased spreading of Covid-19. To ensure your order is delivered we are currently only offering home delivery that is free of charge on purchases over £65.99.
Conditions for delivery outside the EU
If you place an order and live outside the EU, you the customer is responsible for paying any VAT and customs tax in your own country. You are also responsible for your order going through customs.If your parcel is stopped or delayed at customs, Timarco unfortunately cannot do anything about this as we have no influence on customs procedure.
